We’re looking for an experienced Install Lead in Alvarado who’s ready to run installs from first box to final walkthrough. What You’ll Do:

• Lead residential HVAC installs from arrival to final walkthrough: furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and ductwork, all built to code, manufacturer specs, and industry standards
• Lead and train your install assistant on every job
• Deliver a 5-star experience that beats what the Comfort Advisor promised. Communicate before, during, and after the install, and make sure the customer knows how to run their new system.
• Protect the customer’s home throughout the job
• Start up and test every system you install, and sign off on the Safety, Quality, and Assurance Report
• Complete the Job Site Hazard Analysis Report (JHAR) before work begins, and follow all safety procedures
• Track work performed and materials used, and report issues and restock needs to the Project Management Team
• Work with your team and project managers to keep installs on schedule

 You’re Our Lead If You Have:

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA certification
• The communication skills to set the tone for your crew and the customer
• A problem-solver’s brain: when the job throws a curveball, you figure it out
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours when the job calls for it
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply

The Real Talk:
This is field work in Texas heat and cold, in attics, crawlspaces, and sometimes 15+ feet up. You’ll need to climb, kneel, crouch, and reach, lift 50 lbs, and maneuver heavier equipment.
