Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Install Technician with 1-3 years of hands-on experience installing residential HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in system installation, have a strong attention to detail, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats, and more
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation instructions
• Ensure proper installation and startup of equipment per the manufacturer’s specifications and local codes
• Collaborate with team members and project managers to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule
• Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout and after installation
• Provide customers with clear instructions on system use and maintenance
• Accurately complete installation paperwork and communicate with the office/dispatch team
• Comply with all company safety standards and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-3 years of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials
• Sheet metal or ductwork experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Nice to have but not required:

• EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• NATE Certification
• Experience with zoning systems or smart thermostats
