What You'll Do as an HVAC Install Technician:

• Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, and thermostats in residential and commercial settings.
• Perform electrical wiring, control setup, and system testing for proper functionality.
• Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
• Explain system operation and maintenance requirements to customers.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and support the service team as needed.
• Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and subcontractors to complete jobs accurately and on time.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA standards and always use proper protective equipment.
• Work full-time, Monday-Friday, approximately 50-55 hours per week (7:00 AM-5:00 PM) with participation in an on-call rotation.
• Travel within a 1-hour radius of Ephrata as needed.

Our Ideal HVAC Install Technician:

• Experienced: 3-5 years in an HVAC installation role is preferred; must hold a valid EPA Certification.
• Positive & Service-oriented: Brings a strong work ethic, a servant's heart, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Professional Communicator: Maintains a professional demeanor and communicates clearly with customers and team members.
• Independent & Self-motivated: Works well without direct supervision while staying aligned with company standards and team goals.
• Detail-oriented: Organized, focused, and able to follow complex directions and solve problems accurately.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable using standard job site technology, including phones, iPads, and computers for documentation and communication.
• Active: Able to lift up to 75 lbs., distinguish wire colors, and work in various positions—including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
