What You'll Do as an HVAC Install Technician:
Install HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, and thermostats in residential and commercial settings.
Perform electrical wiring, control setup, and system testing for proper functionality.
Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
Explain system operation and maintenance requirements to customers.
Troubleshoot installation issues and support the service team as needed.
Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and subcontractors to complete jobs accurately and on time.
Follow safety procedures and OSHA standards and always use proper protective equipment.
Work full-time, Monday-Friday, approximately 50-55 hours per week (7:00 AM-5:00 PM) with participation in an on-call rotation.
Travel within a 1-hour radius of Ephrata as needed.
Our Ideal HVAC Install Technician:
Experienced: 3-5 years in an HVAC installation role is preferred; must hold a valid EPA Certification.
Positive & Service-oriented: Brings a strong work ethic, a servant's heart, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Professional Communicator: Maintains a professional demeanor and communicates clearly with customers and team members.
Independent & Self-motivated: Works well without direct supervision while staying aligned with company standards and team goals.
Detail-oriented: Organized, focused, and able to follow complex directions and solve problems accurately.
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using standard job site technology, including phones, iPads, and computers for documentation and communication.
Active: Able to lift up to 75 lbs., distinguish wire colors, and work in various positions—including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.

$32-$35/hour, depending on experience
