Compensation for Lead Installer position ranges from $40K to $55K annually, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary that reflects your skills and expertise in the field.

Driven: A highly motivated individual is someone who proactively troubleshoots issues, continuously seeks to improve their skills, and efficiently completes installations, repairs, and maintenance with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Duties:
Assist lead installers with the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
Transport and organize materials and equipment at job sites.
Prepare and assemble HVAC components for installation.
Ensure proper installation procedures are followed to meet safety and quality standards.
Assist with testing and troubleshooting of installed systems.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on job sites.
Job Requirements:
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces, attics, or rooftops.
Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
