Duties:

• Assist lead installers with the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Transport and organize materials and equipment at job sites.
• Prepare and assemble HVAC components for installation.
• Ensure proper installation procedures are followed to meet safety and quality standards.
• Assist with testing and troubleshooting of installed systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on job sites.

Job Requirements:

• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces, attics, or rooftops.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
