HVAC Installer

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and service commercial and residential HVAC systems according to company standards and local codes.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, ventilation units, and ductwork.
• Conduct system diagnostics to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Ensure all installations and repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance work.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during installations and service calls.
• Keep the company truck, tools, and equipment in good working order.
• Stay updated on the latest HVAC technology and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC installation and construction.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and construction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Clean background check.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or HVAC certification is a plus.
