HVAC Installer

Job Description:

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for performing corrective repairs, preventative maintenance, installation, and diagnostics on a variety of commercial and residential equipment, and completing the necessary paperwork associated with such duties.

Responsibilities:

• HVAC Installations
• Diagnose and perform equipment repairs
• Generate invoices on an electronic device directly to clients once the job is completed
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency service calls
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of previous HVAC service and repair experience or has completed HVAC technical trade school.
• Valid CA Driver’s License and clean driving record
• EPA Certification (Preferred)
• A desire to learn and grow in the HVAC industry
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to follow direction
• Good attendance & work ethic
• Customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Good oral and written communication skills 
• Ability to work well with other technicians and tradesmen
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and daily commute
• Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds
• Climb extension ladders frequently 

Education: High School Diploma, or GED equivalent

Experience: HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification: EPA Type II (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
