Kendrick Mechanical Inc. is looking for a dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. This position involves installing a variety of residential HVAC systems and ensuring they operate efficiently. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of HVAC technology, possess excellent customer service skills, and be committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Install various types of HVAC systems including air conditioning, heating, and humidity control systems.
- Provide startups and perform troubleshooting for diverse residential HVAC systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding and meeting their needs.
- Achieve and exceed revenue goals by understanding service criteria and promoting HVAC solutions.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site and a well-inventoried truck.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time, including invoices, timecards, and feedback forms.
- Actively participate in all training exercises, continuing education programs, morning meetings, trade shows, and company retreats.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 75 lbs.), standing for long periods, and frequent climbing.
- Experience working in various weather conditions, extreme heat, and cold.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces such as attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build relationships with customers.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
- Physical fitness and endurance to meet the demands of the job.

Schedule:
- 7:30am - 4pm Monday through Friday. (Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed)
