Job Title: Foreman

Summary: As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of workers on apartment project sites. The foreman ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of workers, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring that work is completed on schedule.
• Meet with superintendents to ensure that projects are running smoothly and that all workers have the materials they need.
• Ensure that all work is carried out according to safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor the progress of projects and make adjustments to schedules or resources as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with superintendents, project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Train new workers and provide ongoing guidance and support to existing team members.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and other relevant information.
• Drive company van to pick up material and drop of material at apartment project locations.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the project.
