Your New Role

This HVAC Lead Installer position will be located in Daphne, AL. In this role, you will::

• Lead residential HVAC installations with precision and expertise
• Mentor and guide installation helpers to maintain high-quality work
• Communicate clearly with customers, providing expert advice and addressing concerns
• Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment to ensure efficiency
• Accurately measure ductwork and handle all installation-related tasks
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

• Experience: 3-5 years in residential HVAC installation
• Certifications: EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent

• Other Requirements: Must pass a background check and drug test; tobacco-free workplace
