HVAC Lead Installer

Perfect is a residential service company specializing in Plumbing, Heating & Air and has been in business for almost 40 years. We are looking to bring on several HVAC installers into our HVAC Install Department. We are looking for full-time members to be on our team. No experience required, but experience provides for higher pay and leadership opportunities. We will train you on the job with paid training included. We have an on-site training facility with paid and/or reimbursement programs for licensing and schooling. Full time year round work, and we do not lay off or furlough. This is a professional business. Day time schedules consist of Monday through Friday, and we are closed on Sunday.

Typical residential service schedule is from 8am - 5pm (give or take with drive time), and overtime pay available. Hourly compensation with bonus incentive included.

As an HVAC Installer you will work as part of a two person team to demonstrate technical compentency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality iinstallations every time. This entails installing HVAC equipment including furnace, air handlers, indoor coils, UV lights, air cleaners, and humidifiers, working under the supervision of a lead installer.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED
• Able to pass and maintain a clean background check and drug test
• Possess a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
