What You’ll Do:

• Lead the installation of HVAC systems in residential homes, including:




• Furnaces, A/C systems, ductwork, humidifiers, water heaters




• Supervise, mentor, and coach HVAC install apprentices


• Deliver white-glove customer service and maintain clean, safe job sites


• Complete installs efficiently, accurately, and with pride in your work

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC install experience


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• A clean driving record and valid driver's license 21+ Yrs old


• Ability to lift 100 lbs. and work in attics/crawl spaces as needed


• Willingness to pass background and drug screening

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, every other Saturday


• 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
