Riedell is looking to hire an HVAC Lead Installer
Lead a crew and advance your career at Carl F. Riedell & Son in Osterville, MA. Can you install Mitsubishi Mini-Splits, condensers, air handlers and furnaces? This family-owned Plumbing, Heating and HVAC is company seeking a motivated HVAC Lead Installer with 5+ years of experience.

Qualifications:
5+ Years of Experience installing HVAC systems
Sheet Metal License (Preferred)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Professional and Positive presentation and demeanor

Responsibilities:

Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacement

Respond to emergency maintenance requests

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields

Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
