Position Title: HVAC Lead Installer
Location: Northern, VA
Status: Full-Time
Number of Positions: 1
Qualifications
· Must be legal to work in the USA
· Must pass a background check
· Must have a minimum of 3 years of HVAC install experience
· High level of customer service
· Possess good oral communication skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with strict deadlines and prioritization skills.
· Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues.
· Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and departments to achieve objectives and resolve escalations.
· Ability to listen and comprehend calls while evaluating customer service and missed sales opportunities to increase performance behavior.
Responsibilities
· Provide Excellent Customer Service.
· Show up on time.
· Do the job correctly the first time.
· All other responsibilities assigned by your direct supervisor not mentioned in posting.
Physical Demands: Able to safely work on a ladder and use equipment.
Probationary Period: All employees must complete a 90 working days probationary period from the first day of work
Background Check: Potential employees must pass a background check once hired since the employee will be working with company-sensitive information.

OHA Home Service is locally owned and operated, serving the Fredericksburg, Stafford and surrounding region for more than two decades.
It all started in 1995 when Fred Ouellette opened his heating and cooling business (HVAC Service, Air Condition Service, Fireplace, Home Generators, Water Heaters, Gas Fire Logs). Fred was dissatisfied with the poor service and questionable business practices of many companies in the industry. He knew that if he built a company based on providing honest answers, showing up on time and guaranteeing 100% customer satisfaction that he could create something special.
