Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team! In this role, you will primarily install/replace heating and air conditioning systems in residences and some commercial establishments. You will also get training to perform maintenance of systems during the slow seasons.

You have past experience being a HVAC Installer and hold an EPA certification. A team player who is comfortable working on a team, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities:

Replace and install heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to improve efficiency

Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction

Test pipe or tubing joints or connections for leaks, using a pressure gauge or soap-and-water solution

Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring

Duct cleaning

Qualifications:

3 years experience as a HVAC Installer with at least 2 years as a lead

Valid Drivers License with clean driving record

EPA Certification

Experience brazing

Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 70 pounds

Nice to have: 1+ year of experience as a HVAC Service Technician
