Comfort Experts is seeking to hire a Lead Installation Technician for Residential and Commercial Retrofit.

Job Description:
- Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications
- Wire both line and low voltage to heating and cooling equipment
- Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing
- Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in residential and light commercial buildings
- Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment
- Premeasure jobs to identify proper materials required for install
- Receive, verify and load all equipment and materials needed for each job
- Provide assistance to other leads as directed by management
- Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with peers and management
- Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job
- Take all readings on a machine and understand the importance of such
- Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle and tools
- Work safely following company policies
- Any other assigned duties as directed by management

Requirements:
- Clean Driving Record
- Drug Free
- Reliable Transportation (Take home vehicle will be available after probation period is over)
- EPA Certified
- Knowledge on how to install a unit from start to finish on your own
- Knowledge on how to charge a system if line set is longer and refrigerant is needed to be added to the system in order to run correctly
- Problem Solver
- Motivated with a can do attitude
