HVAC Lead Installer (Change-Out) Requirements:

• 5+ Years of Experience in HVAC installation
• EPA Certification
• Ability to install various makes and models of air conditioning systems
• Skilled soldering of copper lines
• Blueprint interpretation skills
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in the Southwest Florida climate conditions
• Valid driver's license and background check required
