Lead Installer - New Construction

$30 - $35 per hour

Grande Aire Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Installer to join our New Construction team. This position is ideal for a skilled HVAC professional with strong leadership abilities, excellent customer service skills, and extensive experience installing residential and commercial HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise HVAC installation teams on new construction projects.
• Install a variety of residential and commercial air conditioning systems.
• Interpret and work from construction blueprints and specifications.
• Perform soldering and installation of copper refrigerant lines.
• Ensure projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and in compliance with company standards.
• Document work activities using the company's electronic systems.
• Maintain adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other trades on job sites.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC installation experience.
• Experience with multiple makes and models of HVAC equipment.
• Proficiency in soldering/brazing copper lines.
• Strong blueprint-reading and interpretation skills.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Must provide personal HVAC tools.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass required screenings and testing.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment, climbing, kneeling, crawling, and working outdoors in Florida weather conditions.
• Basic technology skills to utilize company software and documentation systems.

Compensation:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
