We are seeking a SELF STARTER, who will continue to help us EXPAND our reputation throughout North Carolina. Our HVAC Lead Mechanic/Installers are tasked with managing daily installs, ensuring customer satisfaction, upholding company standards and values, and having basic safety knowledge regarding tools and surroundings.

What Will I Be Doing?

• Utilize your knowledge of HVAC fundamentals to repair and install HVAC systems to meet estimated deadlines.
• Consult with customers regarding complaints and offer solutions to benefit the customer.
• Enrich customer relationships to ensure every customer is satisfied and opportunities are fully maximized.
• Take ownership of being the subject matter expert in your skilled trade and share this knowledge with the team.
• Actively communicate with Senior Leadership on areas of opportunity for growth and improvement.
• Uphold company standards and values by being an advocate for the company and the team.

Do I Have What It Takes?

• Experience in your craft is a MUST!
• In-Depth knowledge of Service/Commercial HVAC Systems.
• Positive energy to inspire the team to achieve goals.
• Ability to navigate through Service Titan to manage organization.
