Job Description - HVAC Lead Service Technician

Job Summary

A&B Heating and Air Conditioning Company, privately owned, is actively seeking HVAC Lead Service Technicians to join our team.

Skills & Qualifications:

HVAC certifications preferred-Company will assist in training and expense in obtaining KY Journeyman/Journeywoman License

Nate Certification preferred - Training available

EPA Certification

Minimum 5 years industry experience or graduate of Trade School

A high school diploma

A very good work ethic

A driver's license with a clean record (no speeding tickets, accidents, etc.)

Pass a background check

EXPERTISE:

Technicians works with mostly with residential & commercial clients.
Technicians must be able to interact and communicate well with clients.
Candidates must have a experience with Gas Furnaces, Central Air and Heat pumps.
