HVAC Maintenance Sales Representative

• Selling HVAC preventive maintenance agreements to commercial and industrial companies.
• Aggressively develop new customers and new market channels in the industrial and commercial markets.
• Maintain strong working relationships with existing customers within the Tudi Mechanical customer maintenance base.
• Track and document all customer activity in Salesforce
• Meet company revenue and gross profit dollar goals.
• Actively promote lead generation to support opportunities across:

• Project & Design-Build
• Energy Solutions
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Maintenance services

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to build rapport with customers.
• Strong presentation and consultative selling skills, with focus on customer pain points and buying motivations
• Solid analytical and problem solving abilities
• Results drive sales mindset with attention to detail

• 2 + years outside Business to Business sales experience in the HVAC or related industry.
• Proven ability to develop new business and aggressively close sales.
• Ability to create and execute sales action plans.
• Ability to use and maintain CRM software
