Your Role:
As a HVAC Maintenance Technician, you'll use your residential HVAC experience to perform preventive maintenance and inspections on rooftop units, split systems, and other commercial equipment. You’ll identify and report issues, log performance, and build strong relationships with customers — all while gaining valuable commercial experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform routine maintenance on commercial HVAC systems (filters, belts, drains, coils, etc.)

· Inspect units for signs of wear and report service needs

· Use mobile software (Mobile-Tech) to complete checklists and log time

· Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

· Work independently while maintaining a professional image

· Learn commercial systems, controls, and procedures through on-the-job training

Who We're Looking For:

· 2+ years of residential HVAC maintenance or service experience

· Strong understanding of HVAC fundamentals and tools

· Comfortable with rooftop units, ladders, and moderate physical work

· Eager to grow into commercial systems and larger-scale projects

· Universal EPA certification (required)

· High school diploma or GED

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Great communicator with a professional appearance

· Willing to work occasional overtime or weekends when needed
