HVAC Manager

We are currently hiring an HVAC Manager to join our team. We would love to schedule an initial phone interview with you. If there is mutual interest, we will bring you in to meet our management team and have an in-person interview. The person filling this role must be able to effectively lead and manage HVAC service & maintenance techs as well as an Install manager and team. The person filling this role must be highly driven, willing to work hard, and able to motivate employees to provide great customer care while working safety and efficiently.

• 5+ years of HVAC experience or related field
• 3+ years of leadership and management experience in HVAC or a related field
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business a plus
• Proficient with computuers
• A willingness to drive sales, develop individuals, and help grow the team
• Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Neat, clean and organized
• Great work ethic
