Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician to join our second shift operations team. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with precision and attention to detail in manufacturing industrial-grade HVAC systems.

Location

This position is based at our Augusta, GA facility off Tobacco Rd. and requires in-person work. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before their start date.

Schedule

• Second Shift: Monday through Thursday, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Execute precise assembly of sheet metal components and water piping systems
• Install and configure filter rack assemblies to specification
• Apply pipe insulation according to manufacturing standards
• Prepare units for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and documentation
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
• Maintain quality control throughout the assembly process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Reliable transportation to our Augusta facility
• Physical ability to lift and handle manufacturing materials
• Must be able to pass a drug screen

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate: $18.00 - $22.00

Requirements

MUST BE MECHANICALLY INCLINED

MUST BE ABLE TO READ/USE MEASURING TOOLS (tape measure and ruler)

MUST BE ABLE TO READ FRACTIONS

Manufacture HVAC units as specified

Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements

Perform routine maintenance 

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Ability to commute reliably to and from work
