This is a local, in-office position only, working closely with project managers, builders, and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

• 
  
  
  
  • Prepare accurate electrical estimates for residential new construction projects
  
  
  • Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work
  
  
  • Perform takeoffs and develop competitive pricing
  
  
  • Coordinate with project managers, builders, and internal teams
  
  
  • Track revisions, change orders, and bid updates
  
  
  • Support pre-construction planning and budgeting efforts
  
  
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  
  
  
  • Experience as an Electrical Estimator (new construction strongly preferred)
  
  
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and local codes
  
  
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  
  
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  
  • Strong communication skills and team-focused mindset
  
  
  • Experience with estimating software is a plus
