What You’ll Do

As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for installing and servicing residential HVAC systems while ensuring top-quality workmanship and safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish


• Install furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related systems


• Follow design specifications and manufacturer instructions


• Test systems for proper function, efficiency, and safety


• Ensure compliance with safety standards and refrigerant handling regulations


• Maintain accurate job documentation (materials, labor, customer communication)


• Communicate clearly with homeowners and explain systems in simple terms


• Provide a high level of professionalism and customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience


• NH Gas License preferred


• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigeration principles


• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills


• Detail-oriented with pride in workmanship


• Ability to work independently and lead a job site


• Physically able to lift equipment, work in tight spaces, and climb ladders


• Valid driver’s license (recommended to include if required)
