Position Summary:

We’re hiring a Project Manager to help drive the success of our newly launched HVAC division. This role is pivotal in managing incoming leads, converting inquiries into booked service calls, and providing top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Respond to inbound calls, online inquiries, and referrals to qualify and convert leads into scheduled HVAC service appointments or estimates.
• Outbound Follow-Up: Make outbound calls to warm leads, previous customers, or inactive accounts to generate new business opportunities.
• CRM Management: Accurately enter customer data, service needs, and follow-up activities into our CRM and scheduling systems.
• Customer Engagement: Provide detailed product and service information to potential customers, ensuring a high standard of professionalism and courtesy.
• Sales Support: Assist with creating and sending estimates, tracking proposal statuses, and following up to close sales.
• Coordination: Collaborate with dispatchers, technicians, and managers to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to service delivery.
• KPI Monitoring: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and conversion goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to improve scripts, processes, and customer communication strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–3 years in inside sales, customer service, or administrative roles; HVAC or trades industry experience preferred.
• Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive, and confident communicator—both verbal and written.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM platforms, scheduling tools, and basic office applications.
• Sales Mindset: Results-oriented with a proactive approach to closing sales and meeting goals.
• Organization & Follow-Through: Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
• Customer Focused: Positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping customers solve problems.

Working Conditions

• Location: In-office at our Davenport, IA location, as well as in the field
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Environment: Fast-paced and collaborative
