HVAC Project Manager

This is a full-time, direct placement role at Circulating Air.

Circulating Air, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Project Manager capable of managing multiple commercial projects. Established in 1965, Circulating Air, Inc. is a full-service mechanical contracting firm that has earned a reputation as an integrated organization capable of completing projects on time and within budget. Our success relies on the tenacity and ingenuity or our employees. 

Responsibilities include:

• Management and coordination for each project assigned 

• Act as liaison between General Contractor and our Company 

• Create and manage relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors 

• Conduct quantity take-offs and material pricing for construction projects and change orders 

• Implement Schedule of Values 

• Process and follow up on RFI’s and Change Orders including negotiation 

• Schedule equipment release 

• Monitor labor, material and subcontract costs and budgets 

Job Type: Full-time 

Work Location: In person – North Hollywood, CA 

Pay: $100,000 annually

Compensation package: 

• Weekly pay 

Schedule: 

• 8-hour shift 

• Monday thru Friday 

• 5+ years of HVAC experience 

• 3+ years of Project Management experience 

• Knowledge of the construction process 

• Excellent communication skills – Both written and orally 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook 

• Experience with estimating and project management software’s such as Trimble and Procore 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
