Position Overview

The Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will oversee commercial mechanical construction projects from planning through completion, with an emphasis on project execution, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC, sheet metal, ductwork, or plumbing construction, along with the ability to manage project budgets, coordinate field operations, and deliver profitable results.

Key Responsibilities

  Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

  Oversee project budgets, schedules, labor coordination, material procurement, and subcontractors.

  Monitor job costs, project financials, and profitability.

  Coordinate with general contractors, customers, engineers, vendors, and field personnel.

Qualifications
