Job Description:

The HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HVAC projects within the assigned timeframe and budget constraints. This individual will play a crucial role in coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, engineers, and suppliers, to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and suppliers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Resource Management:

Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.

Supervise and manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure on-time delivery.

Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.

Proactively address issues and conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Quality Control and Assurance:

Qualifications:

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

PMP or similar certification is a plus.
