Christian Home Services is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Quality Assurance Technician to join our top-tier team in West Chester, PA. This is a premium, high-dollar hourly position designed for technicians who take pride in advanced diagnostics, system performance, and delivering unmatched customer confidence.

What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics on residential HVAC systems
• Conduct quality assurance inspections on installs and service work
• Ensure systems are operating at peak performance and efficiency
• Provide customer-facing assurance, clearly explaining findings and solutions
• Support and mentor field technicians to elevate overall team performance
• Represent Christian Home Services with professionalism and expertise in every home

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in residential HVAC service and diagnostics
• Strong ability to identify complex issues quickly and accurately
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to instill trust and confidence in customers
• Passion for doing the job right the first time
• Leadership mindset with a willingness to support team development
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
