About the Role:

Are you detail-oriented and experienced in HVAC. We’re looking for an HVAC Quotations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate bids, negotiating with vendors, and supporting our sales team by identifying value-engineered solutions for our customers. You’ll use your technical knowledge and organizational skills to help win projects and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate, professional quotes and submittals using customer specifications and drawings
  

• Review job plans and specs to provide product recommendations or value-engineered alternatives
  

• Secure competitive pricing from manufacturers and reps
  

• Collaborate with sales team on bid strategies and customer solutions
  

• Follow up on outstanding quotes and assist in project coordination
  

• Provide guidance to internal team members on the quoting process
  

• Resolve pricing issues, returns, and customer concerns promptly
  

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in quoting, estimating, or HVAC sales support
  

• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and equipment
  

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
  

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  

• Detail-oriented and organized
  

• Valid driver’s license preferred
