Cedar Park Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team immediately. If you have a solid technical background, hands-on expertise with HVAC systems, and a focus on safety and efficiency, we want to meet you.

  Perform routine service, diagnostics, and repairs on residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and hot water tanks

  
  


• 
  

  Install and maintain HVAC equipment with precision, including copper pipe sweating and system calibration

  
  


• 
  

  Troubleshoot and service temperature controls, air compressors, backup generators, and high-pressure hot water systems

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain accurate service records

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure all systems meet safety, health, and compliance standards

  
  


• 
  

  Work varied schedules that may include nights and weekends

  
  

• 
  

  5+ years of HVAC experience (residential or mixed-use preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Skilled in installing and servicing HVAC systems and refrigeration units

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to diagnose and repair rooftop units and humidity/temperature control systems

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of preventative maintenance protocols

  
  


• 
  

  Must have own tools (e.g., electric testers, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.)

  
  


• 
  

  OSHA 10 certification required

  
  


• 
  

  EPA certification preferred

  
  

• 
  

  Able to lift heavy equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working in confined spaces, rooftops, and fluctuating temperatures
