We are looking for an experienced and proven estimator/sales person for residential new construction projects.

The ideal applicant will have experience in:

Performing bids

Understanding load calculations

Duct design

Material take offs

Job cost

Contracts and sales

Salary, benefits, and bonus package based on experience. Training for the right candidate!

Our company has offices in Clinton, Frederick and Seaford, Delaware, with ongoing and new projects in Maryland, Virginia, DC, Delaware and WV areas.
