Howell’s Heating & Air – Central Virginia

Howell’s Heating & Air is seeking an HVAC Residential Install Helper to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated, dependable individual with at least 2 years of HVAC experience who is ready to grow with a company known for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

This position is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in doing quality work in customers’ homes.

Responsibilities

Assist lead installers with residential HVAC system installations

Help remove and replace heating and cooling equipment

Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment

Maintain a clean and safe job site

Assist with ductwork, basic installation tasks, and job site organization

Follow company installation procedures and safety standards

Represent the company professionally while working in customers’ homes

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience required

Mechanically inclined

Strong work ethic and willingness to grow

Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented

Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials

Clean Virginia driver’s license required
