HVAC Sales & Customer Support Representative

Now hiring for an Customer Service Representative in Madison! Our client is a leading cooperative wholesale distributor providing brand name products, technical expertise and superior customer service to the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry. As the customer service representative, you will be answering HVAC/R product questions, entering orders into the CRM, and also collaborating with both the sales and warehouse team.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Pay: $45K - 52K/year DOE

Work includes:

• Work with customers in person, over the phone and via email
• Collaborate with outside sales and warehouse/product fulfillment teams
• Enter orders and stay active with product fulfillment
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.
• HVAC/R Knowledge is preferred

• 2 years of Sales and Service in HVAC/R experience preferred
• High school diploma/GED
• General knowledge of utilizing computer/software
