Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential properties.
- Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and efficiency assessments on high-efficiency HVAC systems.
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prepare and present HVAC proposals to homeowners with a focus on energy efficiency and comfort
- Educate customers on system features, benefits, and available incentives or financing options

- Collaborate with solar and energy services teams to deliver integrated home energy solutions
- Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards for all HVAC installations and services.
- Maintain detailed service records and reports for all HVAC work.
- Keep detailed records of customer calls and service visits.
- Maintain professional rapport with customers and be respectful of their homes and property.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners on the job site.
- Communicate professionally with FSP office staff.
- Provide excellent customer service and support for high-efficiency HVAC systems.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the HVAC division, with opportunities to take on leadership and strategic planning responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Experience with smart home energy management systems related to high-efficiency HVAC preferred.
- EPA Certification a plus.
- Strong understanding of HVAC electrical and refrigerant systems for high-efficiency units.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail for high-efficiency equipment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
