About the Role

Stephen K. Denny is looking for an experienced HVAC Selling Technician to join our growing team in Jupiter, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys helping homeowners, solving comfort issues, and increasing their earning potential through exceptional customer service.

In this role, you'll perform residential HVAC maintenance, identify opportunities to improve system performance, and educate homeowners on repair and replacement options. You'll work alongside a supportive team that values integrity, professionalism, and delivering a five-star customer experience on every call.

What You'll Do

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance, inspections, and system tune-ups


• Conduct in-home consultations to educate homeowners on repair, replacement, and indoor air quality solutions


• Build trust with customers by providing honest recommendations and outstanding service


• Generate replacement opportunities and collaborate with the Install team to ensure a seamless customer experience


• Maintain accurate job notes and customer information using ServiceTitan


• Participate in ongoing technical and sales training, team meetings, and company events

We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have

• Residential HVAC maintenance or service experience


• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills


• A proven ability to educate customers and generate sales opportunities


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Working Conditions / Physical Demands

• Follow all OSHA and company safety standards


• Regularly stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments


• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly


• Work safely in Florida's varying weather conditions while maintaining a professional appearance


• Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit
