Position Summary
As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll play a critical role in helping homeowners choose the right heating and cooling solutions for their needs. You’ll consult with customers, assess their home comfort needs, and recommend the best systems from our line of energy-efficient HVAC products.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-home consultations and system evaluations
- Educate customers on HVAC system options and energy savings
- Provide detailed proposals and follow up on all open opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales goals through effective closing and relationship-building
- Coordinate with install and service teams for seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
Qualifications
- Proven in-home sales experience (HVAC preferred, but not required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and earn trust quickly
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
