At Heating and Air Paramedics, we're all about making sure you're cozy and breathing easy. We're searching for an awesome HVAC Consultant to join our squad and help us spread the warmth (or cool, depending on the season) to our amazing customers.

Here's the deal:
As an HVAC Sales Consultant, you'll be the brains behind ensuring HVAC systems in homes are top-notch. Your main gig? Ensuring everything runs smoothly so indoor spaces are always comfy and healthy. We need someone with HVAC experience who's all about keeping customers happy. BASE PAY PLUS COMMISSION

What you'll be doing:
- Checking out and giving quotes to customers interested in replacements.
- Providing advice on energy-efficient and budget-friendly upgrades.
- Creating quotes and keeping tabs on all the details, following up with customers through installation.
- Following safety protocols and rocking that protective gear.
- Teamwork is key, so you'll be working with the crew to get things done on time.
- Having a chat with customers, keeping them informed, and making sure they're all smiles.

What we're after:
- Having a high school diploma is cool, but having HVAC training or certification is even better.
- Experience in HVAC or a similar field is a major plus.
- Got problem-solving skills? Great. Communication skills? Even better.
- Knowing your way around safety procedures and top-notch HVAC practices is crucial.
