As an HVAC Inside Sales Leader, you will be the driving force behind Team Development and Revenue Growth:

• Team Performance Management: Establish and monitor team KPIs, maintaining a weekly scoreboard to track tickets written, gross margin, and order accuracy.

• Sales Strategy: Drive HVAC sales growth by shadowing associates to improve selling effectiveness and increase average ticket value.

• Operational Precision: Champion order accuracy by conducting routine Sales Portal audits and meeting weekly with the Warehouse Lead to improve branch efficiency.

• Onboarding & Training: Own the training process for new associates, ensuring the team is proficient in processing orders, quotes, and returns per company SOPs.

• Active Sales Support: Serve as an active member of the HVAC counter, assisting customers via phone, email, and in-person with technical solutions for complex systems.
