Job Description - HVAC Sales Manager


 

Sales Manager Role

The Role

•        Drive Sales goals for our HVAC home service and replacement business.

Responsibilities

•        Work closely with General Manager to achieve sales goals

•        Coach, motivate and train the sales team to exceed team goals

•        Debrief sales appointments

•        Communicate and align with the other departments and functions.

•        Weekly coaching based on sales reports.

•        Excellent follow through on pending sales, invoicing, and financing.

•        Recruiting and development of new sales staff is required

•        Mentor and develop Inside Sales representatives and Sales lead coordinators to appropriate sales metrics.

•        Monitor and track sales performance metrics. Develop new and/or revised sales process according to these measurements.

•        Analyze sales incentive programs.

•        Create sales and marketing strategies and objectives through analyzing profit and loss projections.

•        Evaluate competitors for offerings, analyze market share and trends, which is shared for leadership evaluation.

· Ability to inspire and lead others to attain company goals.

· Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.

· Strong verbal and written communications.

· Quick, sound decision-making abilities.

· Good presentation and public speaking skills is a plus.

· Excel in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

· Assist in Equipment/Technical questions from Sales/Install Team
