What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems.
• Present repair and replacement options in a persuasive, customer-friendly way.
• Turn service calls into sales by identifying opportunities and closing leads.
• Upsell products, services, and system upgrades that provide long-term value for the customer.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of residential HVAC experience with the ability to identify and recommend system upgrades.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to present repair and replacement options that drive sales.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to maximize commissions through lead conversion and upselling.
• EPA Certification
