HVAC Scheduler

Description

We are seeking an individual to schedule HVAC service and install appointments. This individual will route technicians and follow up to ensure timely completion of jobs. Other key responsibilities include answering incoming HVAC calls, entering work orders for service requests, and reviewing and maintaining documents for accurate record keeping. 

Hours of this position are Monday – Friday, 8 AM—5 PM

Requirements

Must have the willingness to participate in training to grow and develop as a professional within the HVAC trade and have the ability to learn multiple operating systems. Prior HVAC office experience NOT required.
