Super Service Today is seeking an experienced HVAC Service & Install Manager to lead and develop our service and installation teams. This role is responsible for driving performance, ensuring quality workmanship, supporting technicians in the field, and delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with our company values.

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Team Development

• Train, coach, and mentor service and install team leads, technicians, and apprentices
  
  


• Conduct weekly performance check-ins and provide ongoing development
  
  


• Lead interviewing and hiring for HVAC team members
  
  


• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and customer care
  
  

Performance & Operations

• Manage department KPIs (average ticket, callbacks, labor margins, performance scorecards)
  
  


• Ensure all work meets company standards, local codes, and customer expectations
  
  


• Perform weekly truck inspections and audit paperwork/checklists
  
  


• Oversee inventory management for service calls and installations
  
  


• Support field teams with troubleshooting when needed
  
  

Administrative & Safety

• Investigate safety concerns and enforce safety standards
  
  


• Resolve vehicle or tool issues
  
  


• Coordinate with other departments to ensure job completion
  
  


• Promote Club Membership programs
  
  

Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Required)
  
  


• High School Diploma or GED
  
  


• Minimum 10 years of HVAC experience (service and install required)
  
  


• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
  
  


• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  
  


• Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
  
  


• Strong organizational and communication skills
  
  


• Proficient with tablets, smartphones, and GPS systems
  
  


• Customer-focused mindset
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
  
  


• Ability to climb ladders and work in attics/crawlspaces
  
  


• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
  
  


• May work at heights up to 15 feet

Schedule

Full-time. Must be willing to work outside normal business hours when needed and provide phone support to the team as required.
