In this role, you will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems in residences or commercial establishments.
Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
** If no experience with service, candidate should be willing to cross train to learn and perform service **
Qualifications:
- Prior/recent experience in the HVAC or similar trade industry preferred
- Valid driver's licensed required
- Willing to submit to a background check
- Willing to work untraditional hours as needed (nights and weekends required on a rotational basis)
- Ability to handle a large physical workload, 50+ pounds
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Reliable transportation to and from work

The company’s patriarch, Cecil, began the business in 1976 and it became a family affair when his son, Greg, and first grandson, Nathanael, became involved years after. Together, they have earned the title of “3 Generations of Cool” and continue to serve thousands of families and businesses across the Grand Strand. Greg is a retired fire lieutenant with the City of North Myrtle Beach and Nate has been working with his father and grandfather ever since he could pick up tools. While Cecil has since retired from the business, Nate and Greg continue to run it today with that same family-oriented mindset, treating your family like nothing less than their own.
