HVAC [Service & Maintenance] Technicians to represent our company while visiting our
Madison, Ohio clients to service, repair, and propose HVAC equipment replacements while keeping up the manufacturer's recommendations and local codes.

Skills / Qualifications:- A good attitude and a willingness to learn and be coached/mentored.
- Must be customer-service focused & have experience interacting with people (phone or in-person).
- Prior sales experience or background in selling products/services PLUS, not required.
- Must take pride in your work!
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).
- Previous experience in HVAC as a Technician is a HUGE PLUS, not required.
- Prior trade school and/or EPA Universal certification a plus!
- Basic understanding of math/arithmetic.
- Flexible schedule.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
