HVAC Service Manager

Description

• Conduct regular sales meetings with your team.
• Complete weekly 1-on-1 meetings with team members.
• Conduct on-going training with HVAC Technicians to maximize every service call.
• Provide oversight with dispatch team in scheduling, organizing and dispatching HVAC Service Technicians.
• Utilize Service Titan to pull data for reports, technician commissions, financial performance, forecasting, presentations, and weekly accountability meetings.
• Address internal/external complaints and resolve problems.
• Instill the need for HVAC Techs and Comfort Advisors to promote maintenance plans for seasonal fluctuations.
• Provide ongoing sales training.
• Drive efforts for technicians to get 5 Star Google reviews
• Conduct regular ride-along with Technicians and Comfort Advisors. 
• Interview potential new team members

Requirements

• Strong personal drive to grow and develop the HVAC team.
• 3 - 5 Years of residential HVAC Service experience preferred.
• 3 + years of experience in a Sales or Service Manager role in the HVAC Residential sector.
• Exceptional communication skills required in dealing with a variety of personalities internally and externally.
• Ability to make good decisions in a very fast paced environment.
• Must be computer literate with Service Titan experience strongly preferred.
