Requirements
Experience & Education
· 5+ years of experience in HVAC service or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
· High school diploma or GED required, technical certification or associate’s degree in HVAC or related field preferred.
· Valid HVAC license or certification (as required by state or local regulations).
· EPA 608 certification.
Technical Knowledge
· Strong understanding of HVAC systems, service procedures, and industry best practices.
· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues effectively.
· Familiarity with HVAC codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
Other Requirements
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergency service calls when needed.
