Job Summary

We are looking for a HVAC Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer relationship skills, strong service writer capabilities, and previous management experience.

Every day is different in our busy service department! You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including overseeing service technicians, addressing customer inquiries, and managing required documentation.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of HVAC service professionals to ensure a high level of employee morale and customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability

Ensure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner

Mentor employees on best practices for improving sales and customer service techniques

Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department

Manage the flow of service department paperwork, including manuals, invoices, repair orders, and maintenance records

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required bachelor’s degree preferred

Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required

Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening

At least two years of experience as an HVAC service technician or service advisor is required. Experience as an HVAC service manager is preferred

Deep understanding of HVAC technology, HVAC service technician job duties, and HVAC repair services is required

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

We are a full service HVAC company who provides maintenance, service, and installation of all equipment associated with Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning.

We work closely with Owners, Owners Representatives, Engineers and Architects to provide the best Sustainable Mechanical Solution. With our in-house Project Management team we provide construction services which are focused on completing the project on time and within the budget. We are dedicated to keeping our clients first.

We also work with our clients on Environmental, Social, & Sustainability (ESG), which differentiates us from our competitors. We help our clients understand and set their Energy and Green House Gas (GHG) reduction goals. Working closely with our clients we develop a plan to achieve these goals and promote their success in ESG.
