What You’ll Do:
Lead, develop, and manage a team of HVAC service technicians to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and technical support to service staff to maintain top-tier standards.
Oversee daily operations of the HVAC service department including scheduling, dispatching, and workflow efficiency.
Monitor and manage departmental KPIs including job completion rate, average ticket size, and customer satisfaction.
Assist with troubleshooting complex HVAC issues and ensure accurate diagnoses and effective solutions.
Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and compliance regulations (OSHA and local code).
Foster strong relationships with customers, resolving escalated concerns professionally and effectively.
Collaborate with company leadership to develop strategic goals and identify growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential HVAC service with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Experienced in call-by-call coaching with a strong background in Nexstar systems and best practices.
Proven leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing team members.
Strong technical knowledge in HVAC systems including diagnostics, repairs, and best practices.
Skilled in utilizing ServiceTitan
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage and track performance metrics and service outcomes.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
